Learning Outcomes

By the end of the workshop, participants will: 

• Gain proficiency in preparing and handling pastry dough, ensuring the perfect texture and consistency
• Explore various tart shaping techniques and create aesthetically pleasing designs to enhance the visual appeal of the pineapple tarts
• Acquire knowledge of baking techniques, including proper temperature control and timing, to achieve golden-brown, perfectly baked pineapple tarts
• Understand the importance of quality ingredients and how to select the best pineapple and pastry components for optimal taste and texture

 

Attire

• Wear Covered Shoes / Sneakers with socks
• Wear Long / Full Pants
• Strongly encourage full sleeves to avoid injuries
• Have Clean, Short, Trimmed, Natural Nails (No nailpolish, gelish or artificial nails)
• Tie up Medium / Long Hair neatly

Note : Trainees may be sent back to change their attire if they fail to meet the above requirements
