Course Description
If you have heard about Scrum and would like to learn the basics or if you are a part of an existing Scrum team and are trying to understand the framework, this course is for you.
Scrum is one of the most popular Agile frameworks. It provides a better way of working that highlights the use of experimentation, incremental delivery of customer value, frequent feedback loops and the fostering of strong team dynamics. It is used while working on complex projects with evolving customer needs.
