Learning Outcomes

By the end of the course the learners will be able to:

Analyse the performance of departments for root causes of performance gaps.

Implement formulated action plans to achieve desired performance.

 

Select Effective Key Performance Indicators:

- Choose the most relevant KPIs to assess performance and monitor organizational goals' development.

 

Measure and Report Performance:

- Gain insights into creating and operating performance measurement systems.

- Successfully communicate performance outcomes to stakeholders.

 

Collect and Analyse Data:

- Develop skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.

- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in corporate performance data.

 

Implement Performance Improvement Strategies:

- Explore strategies and technologies, including process optimization, quality management, and change management, to drive performance improvements.

 

Communicate and Present Effectively:

- Improve abilities in effective communication and presentation to stakeholders, including senior management and teams.

- Provide performance insights and recommendations.

 

Assessment

The following assessment will be held at the end of the course:

• Practical Performance - 7 tasks
• Short Answer Questions - 4 questions

PMEs (Professionals, Managers, Executives) in all industries. Job holders interested in this course would include admin staff, business analysts, marketing executives, and IT executives. 

Minimum Entry Requirement

Minimum Entry Requirements Participants should have a minimum:

• English skills required - For Eg. GCE N Level pass in English (Grade 1 to 5) or equivalent, or - ES WSQ Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6 or equivalent, and where applicable
• Maths skills required - For Eg. GCE N Level pass in Mathematics (Grade 1 to 5) or - ES WSQ Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 6 or equivalent
• Digital Skills - Digitally literate with good workplace digital skills Work Experience in the related field
• Participants who do not meet the above requirements will be required to go through a short interview
