By the end of the course, learners will be able to:

• Apply best practices for designing and building unattended software bots
• Design and build a software robot for different processes to automate a repetitive task.
• Explain single and multi-agent systems and technical prerequisites for software robots
• Apply workflows, sequences and flowcharts to build functional software robots
• Apply user interface recording and automation and validate the design
• Ascertain the design of the software robots through validation
• Apply triggers from user events in designing of best practice software robots
• Apply universal recording for website data scraping
• Observe bot performance using bot insight dashboard
• Explain testing, debugging, validation and verification of software robot design criteria.
• Demonstrate modularisation, deployment and optimisation of bot performance

Who should attend

Students, College pass-outs, PMEs (Professionals, Managers, Executives) across all industries. Job holders interested in this course would include admin staff, business analysts, software programmers,marketing executives, sales executives, IT executives.

Minimum Entry Requirement

Minimum Entry Requirements Participants should have a minimum:

• English skills required - For Eg. GCE N Level pass in English (Grade 1 to 5) or equivalent, or - ES WSQ Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 6 or equivalent, and where applicable
• Maths skills required - For Eg. GCE N Level pass in Mathematics (Grade 1 to 5) or - ES WSQ Workplace Numeracy (WPN) Level 6 or equivalent
• Digital Skills - Digitally literate with good workplace digital skills Work Experience in the related field
• Participants who do not meet the above requirements will be required to go through a short interview
