Course Objectives

Equipped learners with knowledge and application skills in Interacting With and Serve Food and Beverage Guests and be able to apply them to the workplace.

Synchronous e-learning - 100% e-learning in Synchronous mode via webinar / video conferencing with e-assessment

Methods of Learning

  • Interactive online activities such as mini-quizes, forums and discussions
  • Mini lectures with presentations to explain concepts and theories
  • Practical activities including demonstrations, hands-on practice and observation

Minimum Entry Requirement

Participants should have a minimum: - GCE N Level pass (Grade 1 to 5) in English or equivalent, or - ES WSQ Workplace Literacy (WPL) Level 4 and above - Participants who do not meet the above requirements will be required to go through a short interview.
