Learning Outcomes

At the end of the programme, learners will be able to

• Describe tools and equipment needed 
• Select ingredients, condiments, herbs, and spices suited to various Indonesian dishes 
• Apply correct weighing measurements 
• Explain storage of ingredients and products correctly to maintain quality of food ingredients 
• Describe Halal food preparation guidelines and requirements 
• Identify methods and techniques to prepare Indonesian dishes 
• Ensure workstations are set up in accordance with organisational procedures and Workplace Safety and Health requirements
